Answer – Seemapuri is situated in Delhi. In Seemapuri more than 10000 ragpickers are settled. The rag pickers are squatters who came from Bangladesh in 1971. They live in structures of mud with roofs of tin and tarpaulin. There is no sewage, drainage, or running water. They live without an identity and permit.

Answer – Author Anees Jung mentioned two types of world.

  • The first type of world is of the rag pickers of Seemapuri in Delhi.
  • The second type of world is of bangle makers of Firozabad.

In Firozabad and Seemapuri children lose their childhood. A vicious circle surrounds them every time.

Answer. Childhood is a time period for mental & physical growth. Childhood is a period of playing and learning. Mental & physical growth is not possible if children working in a shop and anywhere. These kinds of children are easily exploited and abused by others.
